Actors Matt Bomer and Bradley Cooper are set to play love interests in Maestro, a biopic of renowned composer Leonard Bernstein, according to Deadline.

It was noted by friends that Bernstein was gay, despite trying to hide his sexuality by marrying  Felicia Montealegre (played by Carey Mulligan), before later leaving her for Cothran.

The film will be directed by two powerhouses Steven Speilberg and Martin Scorsesse.
