Noted symptoms of covid-19 include loss of smell/taste, dry cough, and extensive stiffies. OK, maybe that last one isn’t widely reported, but it did happen to one man.

Last August, it’s reported that a 69-year-old man based in Ohio was hospitalised as his condition worsened. He was put on a ventilator due to fluid building up in lungs… but apparently that wasn’t the only place.

After being placed face-down for 12 hours (to aid breathing), nurses flipped him over to reveal a certain part of him was more excited than they expected.

According to Complex, “An ice pack was applied to his penis, but the erection lasted for three hours. Eventually, a needle was used to draw out blood and resolve the issue.”

Sadly, the man lost his battled with covid after his lungs failed.

Doctors expect his priapism (unwanted, non-sexual, long-lasting erections) was brought on by covid which causes unusual blood clotting. Despite that, priapism is a rare incidence.
