The cheeky diet coke adverts have been fairly infamous for the past thirty years, so it was no surprise when they empaled Andrew Cooper as a sexy gardener to be in their latest campaign. But hearts were crushed across the globe as Cooper spoke out about his wife, claiming that “she loves it. It’s been on replay a lot. I travel a lot. So it’s her way of having me at home while I’m away.” Zzzzz….

Still we applaud the Diet Coke marketers for grabbing a gaggle of women that behave like gay men and a leading man that looks like one. It’s one the gayest straight adverts, and that’s why we love it. Duh.
