We’ve heard that there’s some wild animals in Aus, but photographer Paul Freeman is capturing different kind of beasts Down Under. His new book ‘Larrikin’ specialises in Freeman’s forté of tasteful male nudes. A bit like our sex life. Oh no, wait, that’s “regrettable male nudes”. And in case you’re wondering what Larrikin means: “a mischievous young person, an uncultivated, rowdy but good hearted person.”

“In the two years since my last book, Outback Dusk, was released, I have continued shooting, travelling to some great locations, which is why I find I have a large library of new work. I have divided some of this into these two new photographic collections. The titles in this new series will include the word Larrikin, a term that is probably only familiar to Australians.”
